Andrea Somaini 25 February 2025 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ramen mi è piaciuto, quando si entra si ordina da un totem digitale ma comunque si viene poi serviti direttamente al tavolo. La qualità della pasta e del brodo è difficile da trovare anche in Giappone. Personale molto gentile. Prezzo nella norma che rispetta la qualità. Ambiente che ricorda tanto i miei viaggi in Giappone. Assolutamente promosso. Alberto Donvito 15 February 2025 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Piccolo e accogliente Consigliato per un ottimo ramen e non solo! Menù piccolo ma tutto ottimo. Ben fatto Erica Benacci 15 February 2025 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato. Catherine Rahadi 13 February 2025 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are amazed with the originality taste maintained by the cook and also the fresh ingredients. We ordered Tantanmen Ramen and it is super recommended if you love the twist spicy of ramen. Nutty, creamy and perfectly balanced broth just like the original taste of Tantanmen. The ramen noodle was cooked perfectly and it has the perfect consistency. The pork gyoza is also perfectly grilled. In Italy, it is hard to find Gyoza with the right thickness of the dough. At Toku Ramen, the Gyoza skin is in a perfect thickness so when it was grilled; it has the right crunch as well softness to it. I could also tell that the sauce has been mixed perfectly between soy sauce, a bit of ponzu and a fresh tint of vinegar. The last one is the kimchi, that again come up with the nice balanced of spicy, garlic and fresh sourness. I am sorry I didn’t provide any picture because the food were so damn perfectly good! Best Ramen of Italy so far (we tried various Ramen house all over Italy: in Rome, Milan, Bologna, Forli, Firenze and Faenza).
